Grammar of present perfech.

The present perfech is used to indicate link between the present and the past. The time of the action is before now but not specified, and we are often more interested in the actin itself.

The present pertech is used to describe.

- An action or situation That started in the pastand continves in the present.

Ex. I have lired’m Bonao since 1985.

- An action performed during a period That has not yet finished.

Ex. He has been in Bonao o three time this week.

- Arepeated action in a unspecified period between the past and now.

Ex. We have several times.

- An action that was completed in the very recent past, expresed by just.

Ex. We have just finished our love.

- An action when the time is not importont.

Ex. She has been in lave two years.

Grammar passive of present continuous.

S + (be) + verb in ing

Are you working here?

A lot of people are becoming vegetarian?

You are always arguing about Your sister in law.

I am studying english.

Companies have laid off all the supervisor.

They haven´t solved the politician problema.

Do it yourself! Do you do your own motorcicle repairs? Well, one day i do it, but at the end was a complete disaster, were engine parts on the floor, after that, when my motorcicle get bad. even to visite a good mechanical, even to change the oil, i go there, like that care of my life and the motorcicle. About Past Perfect. Past Perfect Is a verb tense used to talk about actions that were completed before some point in the past, i mean we use to talk about something that happened before something else. The formula for the Past Perfect tense is ( HAD Plus Past Participle) It does not matter if the subject is singular or plural, the formula does not change Some examples; - When you came here i had left - Before starting my major i had studied a lot - They had gone bofore i reached - When you arrived she had already told me eveything about you - She had not met me when i was in middle school - Before this class Atilano had taught us  - I had told them the truth when he asked me
